Well a lot of us have spent many years searching for the holy grail - ranking number 1 on Google for competitive terms. I found out about 3 years ago that there was never going to be one method that would make the difference and that only a logical combination of methods was to help any website rank high. As soon as you realize this you will stop jumping on every new fashion and focus on what is more useful. The best question to ask yourself is - would I do this work if the search engines did not exist? If not then don’t bother. This more natural approach will help any website owner to achieve better rankings over time.
